vanessa's teaching practice is rooted in it's foundations + lineage of vinyasa yoga, but steps outside the traditional lines of the yoga experience.

with an ongoing study of trauma informed yoga, lived experience of mental health + decades of self study, she informs her approach supporting practitioners through an individualized yoga practice. set to specifically curated good music to connect movement + breath and experience on a deeper level. 


vanessa acknowledges the barriers to accessing yoga + meditation classes in the community + is open to connect with anyone who might wish to begin to explore or deepen their practice or journey.
