vanessa's teaching practice is rooted in it's foundations and lineage of vinyasa yoga, but steps outside the traditional lines of the yoga experience.
with an ongoing study of trauma informed yoga, lived experience of mental health and decades of self study, she informs her approach supporting practitioners through an individualized yoga practice. set to specifically curated good music to connect movement + breath and experience on a deeper level.
vanessa acknowledges the barriers to accessing yoga + meditation classes in the community and is open to connect with anyone who might wish to begin to explore or deepen their practice or journey.
